Welcome to BeClean App! These terms and conditions (referred to as the "Agreement") create a legal understanding between you and BeClean App (referred to as the "Company," "we," "us," or "BeClean App"), a company based in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing and utilizing the Service (as defined below) or the corresponding Application (as defined below), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Additionally, you agree to comply with any future amendments to the Agreement, which will be made available at https://www.beclean.ae or through the Service.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement or any policies related to the Service or Application at any time. Such modifications will become effective upon posting the updated Agreement at https://www.beclean.ae or through the Service. It is the User’s responsibility to regularly review these terms. Continued use of the Service or Application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.

 


 

1. Services Provided

BeClean App provides car wash and auto care services that enable users to request and schedule services through the mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). The services available may vary based on package details, promotional offerings, and geographic location.

 


 

2. Car Washing Packages Policy

2.1 Validity and Renewal
Car washing packages are valid as per the duration and terms described in the Application. 

2.2 Vehicle Applicability
Packages may apply to a single registered vehicle or multiple vehicles, depending on the package selected and the terms outlined within the Application.

2.3 Missed Washes
Washes missed due to client unavailability are non-refundable or non-reschedulable unless explicitly stated in the package terms. If a missed wash results from BeClean’s failure to deliver service, the Company will reschedule the service at no additional cost.

2.4 Additional Services
Car washing packages do not include services such as detailing, waxing, or specialty cleaning unless explicitly stated.

2.5 Cancellation
Packages can be canceled by the customer at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the package unless explicitly stated in the package terms.

2.6 Service Refusal
BeClean App reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of misuse or abuse of the package. Examples of misuse include applying the package to unregistered vehicles or violating the terms of use. 

2.7 Service Scope and Limitations
BeClean does not guarantee a specific post-service condition of the vehicle. The service will be carried out as per the features and inclusions specified in the selected package. The team will make every effort to perform the cleaning to the best of their ability within the time allocated for the service. Users acknowledge that results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle and external factors beyond BeClean's control.



 


 

3. Pricing and VAT Policy

3.1 VAT Charges
VAT will be added at checkout and displayed at the applicable rate.

3.2 Pricing Adjustments
Adding a service to your cart does not reserve the price shown. Prices may change before the purchase is completed.

3.3 Car Classification
BeClean reserves the right to verify the car classification at the time of service. If the car classification differs from what was selected by the User, BeClean staff will inform both the client and the Company. Additional charges may apply, or the service may be refused.

 


 

4. Promotional Code Terms and Conditions

4.1 Eligibility and Use
Promotional codes (or vouchers) are valid for a limited period and are restricted to specific services as defined in the offer terms.

4.2 Non-Transferable
Codes are non-transferable, may not be resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.3 Misuse and Abuse
Repeated misuse or fraudulent use of promotional codes will result in account suspension. BeClean reserves the right to investigate and void such transactions.

 


 

5. Credits Policy

5.1 Definition
BeClean Credits, also referred to as Wallet Credits, are non-monetary credits that can be redeemed within the BeClean App for eligible services.

5.2 Expiration
Credits are subject to expiration as outlined in the Application. Users should monitor their Wallet to track expiration dates.

5.3 Non-Monetary Nature
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Refunds processed as credits will be added to the User’s Wallet and may only be used for future transactions within the Application.

5.4 Fraud Prevention
BeClean employs anti-fraud measures to monitor and invalidate credits obtained through bulk entry, manipulation, or other unauthorized methods.

 


 

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Processing Method
Refunds will be processed via the BeClean Wallet unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Refund Calculation
Refund amounts will be adjusted to reflect applied promotions or discounts.

6.3 Cancellation Window
Service cancellations must be made within five (5) minutes of booking or at least three (3) hours prior to the scheduled service time.

6.4 Commenced Services
Once a service has begun, cancellations will not be permitted, and the applicable fees will apply.

 


 

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Minors Prohibition
Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from downloading, registering, or using the BeClean App or its services.

7.2 Parking Accessibility
It is the User’s responsibility to ensure the availability of private parking for services. BeClean cannot provide services in public parking areas. Refunds will not be issued for non-compliance.

7.3 Child Seat Policy
Users are responsible for removing and reattaching child seats before and after the interior cleaning service. BeClean staff will not handle or adjust child seats under any circumstances.

7.4 Liability for Personal Belongings
BeClean App is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after the service. Users are advised to remove all valuables and personal items before the service begins.

7.5 Vehicle Inspection and Notification

It is the User's responsibility to inspect their vehicle before and after the service. If any existing damages or issues are present, the User must notify BeClean or the assigned team through an approved and documented communication channel (e.g., email, in-app message, or other officially recognized methods) prior to the start of the service. Failure to provide such notification will void any claims that the damage was caused by BeClean staff during the service.

7.6 Acknowledgment of No Compensation Liability

By booking a service or using the BeClean App, the User acknowledges and agrees that BeClean is not liable for any form of compensation for damages to the vehicle, whether caused by BeClean staff or resulting from pre-existing conditions, third parties, or unforeseen circumstances. This waiver of liability applies regardless of the nature of the damage and is binding upon booking.


 

8. Liability and Indemnity

8.1 Limited Liability
BeClean’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the User in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8.2 Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify BeClean against claims arising from misuse of the Application or Service.

8.3 Service Interruptions
BeClean disclaims liability for damages caused by outages, delays, or internet-related issues.

8.4 Data Breaches
BeClean is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized access to User data due to cybersecurity breaches.

8.5 Damage Disclaimer
BeClean App is not liable for any pre-existing damages, scratches, or dents on the vehicle. The Company shall not be held responsible for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, structural faults in the vehicle, or factors beyond the Company’s control.

8.6 Limited Responsibility for Service-Related Issues
While BeClean takes utmost care during service, the Company disclaims responsibility for minor damages (e.g., streaks, water spots, or scratches caused by normal washing procedures).

8.7 Battery and Mechanical Issues
BeClean is not liable for mechanical issues, including but not limited to dead batteries, engine problems, or other malfunctions that occur before, during, or after the service.

8.8 Missing Items
BeClean App is not liable for any missing items, personal belongings, or valuables left in the vehicle during or after the service. Users are encouraged to secure or remove all items before the service begins.

 


 

9. General Provisions

9.1 Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

9.2 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dubai’s jurisdiction.

9.3 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and BeClean and supersedes all prior agreements.
