BeClean is a platform that provides you with all home services in one place. We dedicate ourselves to help you save your time and effort in searching for the finest.
Our approved and trusted service providers will represent our core values and our main goal- which is to serve you with only the best. All that and more through our application that is available on both Google play store and Apple app store.
BeClean started as a car care service provider in Al Ain city by an Emirati family of a husband and a wife. Our initial goal was to provide the highest quality service, cleaning products & equipment. It was a simple non-digital start-up and it wasn't easy but we managed to fill our schedule with happy customers every day.
By the end of the year 2020, we decided to launch the BeClean website. We aimed to improve the service by enabling users to book their appointments themselves through simple steps. We were able to automatically transfer around 80% of the requests to be online orders without our interference.
The number of service requests reached more than 6000 requests. We kept improving the system to provide the best level of customer service for our valued customers.
As the team expanded, we were able to study the daily operation more in-depth. We changed our operational plan many times to maximize the efficiency of the work. We also made sure we are accommodating as many bookings as possible while being on time.
Putting together all the knowledge and experience we learned in the last four years, we came up with an Emirati platform that is specifically made for home service providers. We studied our past mistakes and took them into consideration in creating this platform. The end goal is to allow all new start-ups to save time and to help current running businesses expand their reach. automate their operations and get exposure to new customers that are looking for the services they are providing.

All home services in our platform, car wash, Hair salons, home cleaning, etc., are performed by verified partners. All services booked and paid for through the beclean app are protected.
